At Izzy and Bros, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer store credit equal to the value of your returned items (excluding shipping). Items must be returned within 14 days, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Final Sale Items:

Please note that all sale items are non-returnable, so we recommend choosing carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, contact us via email within 14 days. Once we have received the item and confirmed the issue, we will arrange a replacement or a refund as needed.

Exchanges:

For exchanges, please reach out to us within 14 days. When sending back items for an exchange, kindly include a pre-paid return parcel, or additional shipping fees may apply. Please note, customers are responsible for return and re-shipping costs.

Final Sale Items:

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges on sale items.

Standard Shipping:

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post, with estimated delivery within 3-5 business days. For orders under $120, a flat shipping rate of $9.95 applies, excluding bulky items.

Express Shipping:

Need it sooner? We offer express delivery at a flat rate of $14.95, with next-business-day service available across Australia.

While we work hard to ensure timely shipping, delivery schedules are ultimately dependent on Australia Post’s service.

Bulky Items:

For heavier or oversized items, additional shipping costs may apply. We will notify you of any extra charges via email before completing your order.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

International Orders:

For international customers, please email us for shipping quotes and details before placing your order.

Terms & Conditions

Should you wish to cancel your order, simply contact us by email before it’s processed. We won’t charge a cancellation fee. However, if your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our return process to send the item back.

All prices listed on our site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
